   I would like to edit my header text.
   Text like 'BLOG', 'ABOUT', but also 'FunnyVideoPicks Just another WordPress weblog'. My blog: http://www.funnyvideopicks.com
   Which files do I need to edit?

   There is no such thing as "header text".

   You have a blog title and a tagline - and you can change it from your admin panel, just look around and get familiar with the tool you are using.

   For other things, like the top horizontal menu tabs - you need to edit the header.php template file of your theme and/or change the title of the Pages (not posts!).

   moshu is correct. all of those are titles inside of WordPress.
