   I was trying to install WP Subscribe To Comments(url)
   But did not find the wp-comments.php & wp-comments-popup.php files. should we create those files? i really didnt understand how to install this plugin without these files.

   any clue?

   They are in your root WordPress directory.

   However, there's a better version of that plugin that requires no core file editing. I suggest you use it instead. I use it and like it. :)
