   When update services are updated on wp-admin/options-writing.php
   where does the actual list get stored.

   Does it get stored in a file in the database.

   For the life of me I cannot find the list even though it shows in the form each time I login.

   Thanks for any help.

   It's in the wp_options table.

   wp_options table but do not see a ping services record.

   Could you tell me exactly what record i should be looking at.

   At the bottom of the screen is a button to page through :
