   I'm brand new at WordPress (one day old). I did a 1-click install from my web hos (namecheap.com) and voila! I have a website.

   My question is where did the files get installed? Are they on my hard drive or are they "in" (or behind) the website I created?

   The reason I ask is because I wanted to change a photo to have text wrap around it, and the WP "help" section said I need to go into the WP "Theme" file and change a CSS. Where is that "theme" file located? Was I supposed to download the files to my hard drive as well as install them on my website?

   On your domain's remote server.

   Where is that "theme" file located?

   See Appearance -> Editor.
