Where are the setting options?

Hello, I’ve installed this plugin v3.1.0 on wordpress 3.8.4 and I cannot find the settings (backend) options screen. From the wordpress plugin menu, the only options I have are edit and deactivate the plugin. How do I configure this plugin? Thanks.
