   I would like to know where the blog post are stored.

   I was forced to move to a new server and I've set up a fresh install on the new server but I'd liek to keep my old posts and move them there.

   They are stored in the database.
   If you still have access to the old database, you need to export the tables.

   There is a restore guide there too.
