Where are my files?

This is probably a ridiculous question for which the answer is obvious, but where are my files???

I am trying to update/change the sidebar on my blog, and all of the lessons/tutorials explain what html code to change and say to make the changes in the files…however they do not successfully explain how I can find these files. (I figured it was going to MANAGE>FILES but the list only has “recent” files, which doesn’t help me because I haven’t accessed my “sidebar” file yet…)

I used Yahoo! Small Business to set up my blog, if that makes any difference…

Any help you could give me would be much appreciated!
