I am using WordPress 3.5.1 and Contact Form 7 v3.4

I have a few Contact Form 7 forms on my website. But where are they? When I go to the Contact Form 7 page on my dashboard, there is no list of Contact Forms there. Just two blank forms, between which it says “no items found.”

I have a form created more than a year ago. The form is on a webpage. I can still see the form on that page; still fill it out. I just filled it out now and received an email notifying me that the form had been completed. So it is there — and it is working — but where is it?

Yesterday I created a new form. Today, I want to use it on a page. But I can’t find it in order to use it. Where is it?

    Please help. Thanks.

Try switching theme to the default one and deactivating all other plugins.

Thanks, Takayuki. That was the help I needed. A little trial and error revealed that the “Adhesive” plugin was the culprit. I deleted it, and I also deleted “Sticky,” which has been deprecated. Everything is working fine now. Appreciate the prompt help!
