When visiting archives style info is lost

I just enabled permalinks for my site because i moved to a linux host. Everything is working fine and i’m using the default permalink structure /archives/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/
When i visit any pages in that structure for example if i click on comments for the first post. The resulting page has no style info from the style sheets. I have no clue why this is happening and would appreciate any help as most of you do have great journals with cool permalink structures.
