[resolved] when using multisite, network or individually activate? (8 posts)

    Thanks in advance.

Do you want to network activate from network dashboard or individually activate from individual sites.

The emails users are currently getting are directing them to their documents like this:

    http://myurl/subsite/wp-content/uploads/sp-client-document-manager//

And it goes to a very interesting page where you can click 4, 5, 6 etc and then open documents. But not to the file. Thanks.

One more thing: there are no files inside the admin panel, not under SP Client Docs or under the user names. Thanks.

I figured it out. You have to activate from the individual sites. All problems fixed. Thought I had tried it already but I'm pretty tired. This might be on your FAQ page or somewhere but I couldn't find it. Really helpful to know.

    Woohoo. :)

    Hi @marisqa,

I am having the same issue.
I only activate via each site in multisite and when admin adds a file, it sends exactly the way you described in your original post.
I also notice that NOTES do not get sent in the emails. I am at a loss on this one..

Just wanted to let everyone know this has been fixed in the latest version. There is a check to see the database has been installed for each site.
