When using HTTPS (all-inkl ssl proxy) icons missing, edit area blank

    Hey,
    great plugin. Really like to use it.

    But when I activate the “Force SSL Administration” (SSL Proxy: set to “auto”), the icons in de admin area are missing, and I cannot edit any page, or blog post in the visual editor, just get a blank screen.
    When I deactivate the “Force SSL Administration” everything works fine.
