I have a number of WordPress blogs and, when I update WordPress, such as from 3.0 to 3.1 or from 3.1 to 3.1.1, two of them don't take me to the screen that says "Update WordPress Database". The two sites seem to be working OK. Should I be concerned about this?

WordPress 3.1.1 - totally sucks!!!!
Not all updates require changes to the database.

You can always run the upgrade.php script manually to ensure you're current. If you are, you'll be told "No Update Required. Your WordPress database is already up-to-date!"

I do not advise you to update your WordPress Now! Wait atleast 3.1.3 or 3.2...
Why is that, Toootooo? And what about 3.1.2?
@kgagne
I ran http://example.com/wordpress/wp-admin/upgrade.php for the two blogs in question and they each reported that they were already up to date. No problem!
Thanks for your help.

Not really. Sometimes with minor point releases (3.1.0 to 3.1.1) the database doesn't get updated so nothing to worry about.
As you've already demonstrated, running the upgrade.php is not a bad way to double check.
