When I hit "submit comment," my comment disappears

This started this morning.
When I hit submit, the page reloads, but my comment is nowhere to be seen. I seem to remember that with other comments, there is a “your comment is awaiting moderation,” line above it. Are my comments being forwarded as spam? I’ve been commenting a lot more as of recently because I just figured out the “explore” search bar on my wordpress dashboard.
