when attempting to login I'm receiving "fatal error" preventing access

After I updated plugins I keep getting “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /data/25/2/52/70/2704722/user/2971108/htdocs/WordPress/wp-admin/menu.php on line 74” when trying to login. I can’t access my account at all.
