   I've got a new website I'm starting called carolinanomad.com. I've got private branding I'm doing with an affiliate and they've asked for my Header and Footer URL, what would this be?

   It'll be http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-content/themes/yourthemename/header.php

   same for footer.php

   How about if it only accepts urls that end in html or htm?

   WordPress theme files have to be php as they retrieve data from the database.

   Why exactly do you need to submit your header and footer files?

   I have to submit an html url of my header and footer for an affiliate I'm working with. It's the Expedia affiliate network and they need html urls of the sidebar, header and footer to private brand the content for my website. Does that make sense? Am I able to create that with my header, footer and sidebar files?

   You cannot directly include wordpress header or footer from other sites. You need to save your rendered page and cut out the content part HTML and then send the files to your affiliate.
