   For my own wordpress theme I've created, a user can sign up, but the only thing they get to use is a cart and subscriber privileges.

   Since registrations are open on my website, I'm now getting about 50 signups a day.

   What is the point of these signups?

   That is a helpful article. I woke up to about 50 more this morning. I'm more concerned with the hacking thing.
