What’s the difference between Footer and Body Bottom?

    On my blog, I got a small copyright notice on Footer – and a Google ad on the HTML Inserts: Body Bottom

    Only the Google ad show, so it might be something I’m doing wrong (or a bug). What can I do to make both items show?
