   I have to develop a blog for the development team. It is supposed to be internal.
   Multiple people should be able to write to it.

   It's an exercise my boss wants me to put together.

   What are the key words that will point me in the correct direction so that I can make a blog with multiple authors.

   I would check out the p2 theme, or admin customization plugin with capability manager plugin installed.
