Whats the best way of acomplishing this?

I’m trying to create a testimonials page, but can’t seem to wrap my brain about the best way of accomplishing this.

I want it to look like this:

I want to have many testimonials display on the main part.

Any ideas/recommendations? I’d like it to pref. be end user friendly, so someone without HTML/PHP knowledge can edit.
