The redirect is correct. What is missing is the style sheet. This file http://www.100freeproxy.com/wp-admin/css/wp-admin.min.css is not there.
kmessinger is correct that the stylesheet is missing (perhaps you need to re-upload your wp-admin directory).
When you try to login, does it just bounce you back to the link you specified, e.g. http://www.100freeproxy.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.100freeproxy.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1?
If it does, there might be a problem with WordPress or your theme performing what’s known as an infinite loop. You can access your login screen directly by visiting: http://www.100freeproxy.com/wp-login.php
Steps from here:
- Re-upload wp-admin to your site’s root folder
- Attempt logging in via http://www.100freeproxy.com/wp-admin
- If that still doesn’t work, try http://www.100freeproxy.com/wp-login.php

Ok guys the problem is in the wordpress itself i mean the new version 3.4.2
i installed the old version 3.4 and it works great no stylsheet problem
how can i do!!!!can i downgrade the current version?
There is no problem with wp 3.4.2. I don’t know how many million times it is been downloaded with no problems.
wp-admin.min.css doesn’t exist in the new version of wordpress
Actually it does here is one example
http://www.ourexcellentadventures.com/wp-admin/css/wp-admin.min.css
and here is another example
http://techcrunch.com/wp-admin/css/wp-admin.min.css
The code being generated by your wp-admin is different than my code in a couple of places. For example your code shows <body class="login">
while mine shows <body class="login login-action-login">
I suggest you follow the standard debug for problems.
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

ohhhh man i did everything you said none workedfor me it drives me crazy man is there any possibilty to downgrade my current version without lossing data?
You said you have installed a fresh version but did you delete the old database as well just in case it is corrupted? You can try deleting the database and delete the WordPress folders completely.
Then reboot your system so that nothing in the computer memory is corrupting the server installation. After that, try to install the WP from square one.
It looks like everything is gone wonky for you because you have tried everything and nothing worked. So this time do a complete clean install.
There are no short cuts and you are likely to lose your DB files and all that.

Yep seems like it’s a database problem or something i’ve no choice i must reinstall the whole version i prefer to loose my data instead of building a website on the wrong way.
Thanks everybody who tried to help me out i appreciate it guys.
We had this problem when setting up our new blog:
blog.lamarke.com
The solution was to set permissions on wp-admin/css/ to 755 and apply it recursively.
Enjoy!
