Hey Folks
What's better for a website to get more & more number of visitors. Is is more & more content or backlinks or both? There are numerous SEO Websites and hence it is sort of tough decision whether to keep on adding more content or start link building for the website SEO.

It should be a mix of both.
People will start visiting/linking to a website if it has good content. However it will be easier for people to find your content because of backlinks.
Jomsky is correct. You need to have both in other to increase visitors. It’s easy to get carried away spending lots of time with link building at the expense of creating content. On the other if you spend all your time creating content, but nobody can find your site and you have no visitors – that’s no good either. You have to find that balance between content creation and link building / promotion.

I agree that both are important, however, content is king.
If you have weak content and a bunch of backlinks, traffic won't be sustainable.
If you have few backlinks but excellent content, you can garner traffic. There are other ways of getting traffic with no backlinks at all if that's the route you choose to take.
