   I want to incorporate an instant messaging system into my site. I want it to be one on one, where a user can click on another user's profile/link and begin a chat, basically like the one on Plenty of Fish. I do not need video chat.

   What plugin should I download?

   If you're working in a BuddyPress environment then BP-Chat might be worth checking out.
