What type of alert is it?

Hi can you please tell me how this plug in alerts me?

1. Is it an email to the organiser of the event?
2. Or does the email go to the main admin person of the site?
3. Or is it a different type of alert?

I am hoping it is number 1 but i can’t get it to email me.
