What to do with back-up data

    if you have all the files, you would just delete the files on your server and upload the files you have…. as long as your backup is from the same version of WP

    Are you trying to do files, or database?

    And what did you do to break your website? Could be an easy fix….

    I changed the site address and URL address. When it did not take, I then re-entered the original addresses, but it was too late. The site became of poor quality and log-in is IMPOSSIBLE.

    simple fix. Just need to fix the entries in your database to change the URLs back to original
