What theme is this?

    I am very new to WordPress. I was wondering if the theme Metblogs.com was custom. I am specifically interested in their homepage, especially the flash navigation menu. Is this an add-on or plugin of some type?

    i will be hosting my wordpress site here: thelarper.com/blarper
    it is a joomla component that allows wordpress inside the joomla CMS.
