I am starting a funny photo blog(yes, we need more) and was trying to find out what theme this particular blog network uses, they seem to have the same theme for all their blogs. It is the cheezburger network with sites like: thisisphotobomb, thereifixedit, ihasahotdog etc. I want the same style theme with features just like they have on all theirs like with Rate & Submit capabilities. I don't know where to start. Thanks.

It is the cheezburger network . . . I want the same style theme with features just like they have on all theirs like with Rate & Submit capabilities.
They're using a custom-designed theme. You could start with something similar from the themes listing and choose from a variety of rating plugins.
