I have a blog with 800 posts and have never seen this type of issue. I just made a new post. It appears in RSS feed, it appears when I click on the category, it appears everywhere except from on the main page. Never seen that before. How did WP zombied on me after 800 posts?
Tried it in two different browsers, the same error. Can't see my latest post on the index page. What the hell???

I don't get it, I've never seen that happen to me before. And it's not a new blog either. You can also go to Music Category and that post is there. It's everywhere except from front page. What the hell is happening to my blog?
Got me--plugin or theme. Try switching to WordPress Default theme first.
Then deactivating plugins would be next.
I don't suppose that post is designated as a sticky and your front page excluded stickies?
No, I don't even know what sticky is, to be honest. I made that post the exact same way I make all other posts. All 800 of them - never seen anything like that happen to me. I could not believe it never showed up.
EDIT - looked up to learn what Sticky Post was and double checked to make sure this one was not made sticky perhaps by accident. No, I can confirm that this post is not a sticky, the Sticky checkbox is empty.

I am having the same problem. I can confirm there is no sticky post.
The posts status are published.
Any idea?
