    Hey guys!

this is my first post here! =)
I have been using WordPress since 3 years ago in a regular blogger user mode, but now I want to start changing my own stuff, create plugings and themes.

I upgraded my blogs to the new wordpress relase (WordPress 3.0.1)
I have a goDaddy host and I have no problems when I have to update my plugins, themes and other stuff, but in my localhost and in another host that I have I can't do the Automatic upgrade, because I need to put my FTP credentials and then install my stuff...

already changed my folder rights (permissions) in my localhost and in the other host, but anyways It is not working...

what should I change in my localhost files to avoid this FTP connection step in my wordpress?

what goDaddy hosts have that my localhost does not have? :S

    anyone? =)

    Thanks in advance WordPress gurus!
