Hi there Forum members and Eric

I'm stuck with what I should be placing in the Contact Link URL and Contact Link Title fields?

On the SimpleModal Contact Form Configuration page, where it says

    Contact Link URL:
The URL for the contact link to your contact form page.

Do I put the full URL ie http://www. etc etc

    or

    /contact

(as the url) with /contact being the shorten version of the URL?

    And then, where it says

    Contact Link Title:
The title for the contact link to your contact form page.

What do I place in that field?

    Any suggestions are welcomed

    Thank you

    Hi ZoeeW,

The default values are fine as they are.

For the Contact Link URL field, the shorter URL is required: /contact or /whatever-you-prefer-to-call-this-page.

For the Contact Link Title field, it's simply a title: Contact or Whatever you prefer to call this page.

You only need to change the values of these fields if the default values don't represent what you're using SMCF for. e.g. You may be using SMCF for customers requesting quotations in which case you'd change the Contact Link URL field to /request-a-quotation and the Contact Link Title field to Request a quotation.

    Thanks for that Dominor!

    Will go and attempt again

It was working fine when in Dashboard mode and doing test emails but as I logged out and tried as a visitor, (Live mode) no pop up came - just disappeared :-(

    Was using option

    a) Add the "smcf-link" to your existing (or new) contact link: a href= Contact etc etc

Seemed to be the easiest to me

So will take a look at my fields because I definitely gone wrong somewhere!
