   I'm looking for a plugin that manages

   1. people joining a mailing list.
   2. Me being able to send newsletters to these people

   Are there any free and good ones out there, that do not require me to join some other company (like GetResponse, Aweber and the like)?

   I have a list of several hundred folks to email.
