I'm cleaning up a db and I see wp_post_counter and wp_post_counter_time (which is 15mb in size). What are these tables for? Opening them just shows post ID's and another ID number. Are they part of the core or a plugin?

My database is about 12mb in total size, of which about 11mb stem from wp_post_counter_time
