I'm curious to know how they are getting that nice table of contents done and wondering if there is a theme that approaches the one on this WP.com site. I am primarily looking for a newspaper theme that conforms to the accessibility guidelines but I'm finding them impossibly difficult. Most look like the most basic blogs you'd ever find, suitable only for a few posts, not much complexity at all.
