    I am not quite sure how to deploy W3TC for WordPress Multisite. does it have to be enabled on each site independently? I have Network Enabled right now, and the Page Cache - CDN works, but how would I utilize the User Agent Groups? That seems domain specific. I have multiple Domains.
    Also, Minify shows a specific theme as active, such as (Graphene Active). what about the other themes for different domains? I am not aware of what theme they are using at the moment, and of course, generally, I do not have granted access to their site. However, I can view there settings as a SuperAdmin. Is that the suggested way?

    Yes that is the suggested way; you can manage it network wide from the network admin area.

    When using in multisite through Network Activate, all settings are available in the Network Admin. However, the CDN only applies to the files of the main site. All other domains and sites have content that are not uploaded to the CDN FTP. Does the plugin need to be activated per site, or network wide? If the latter, what is the proper setting to completely cache full network and not just the main (base) site? {ie Minify all sites and themes used, and not just the theme and css of Site 1}

    There was a template issue with my specific linux distribution being used as a server.

    Each web directory has html/ and files/
    All cdn uploads are being transfered to html/ but the url requesting the cdn is looking for http://url.tld/FILES/date/filename
    Therein lies the issue I had!

    Server is SME (Koozali) 8.0 {Redhat Distribution}
