   I like this guy's theme very much fourhourworkweek.com, I want to install the same theme into my blog but with different color sidebar. Can anyone tell me whats the name of WP theme he use??? Thanks

   that is not a wordpress site

   But if you see at the bottom of the page, you will see wordpress button.

   Where? It's definately not.
   a) The pages are HTML
   b) There is no /wp-admin

   it is a custom one the owner of the site made
   you could contact him and ask about using it or what theme he may have modified to get this one
