   Does the Nightly Build contains all of the fixes that are found in the latest version?

   If I'm starting out from scratch, what one should I download?

   Nightly Builds: http://wordpress.org/download/nightly/
   or
   Latest version: http://wordpress.org/download/ (version 3.0)

   The latest version is the stable version. The nightly build is the current developmental version (ie: unstable, buddy etc)

   Download the latest version (3.0)
