Used to be so helpful to me but now its completely useless! So many unresolved problems. And nobody has responded to any of my questions in so long. Is it that nobody knows the answer or that nobody is helping? Whats the deal?

That thread not a simple question: would you have been satisfied if there was a chorus "No idea, how do you get a product gallery like that?"

That thread has a lot of code and because you didn't use the backtick, it's not very readable. Try using pastebin.com, it formats it an makes the viewing much easier and keeps the formatting. You can always post the link to your pastebin.com entry.
Also as you've noticed, plugin specific questions sometimes take longer to get a reply. I'd personally never heard of that plugin, but with the number of plugins that's not surprising.
