What is the best plugin for listing single level child list in menu order?

I’m looking for a plugin that will list only the immediate children (first level) of that page/parent — but in Menu order.

Basically, if someone lands on a page, e.g: Food, the list should not list Food (since it would be redundant)and only the Food list e.g: grain, fruit, vegetable. It should not list the children of those children (e.g.: rice, wheat; banana, apple; carrot, celery).

Any suggestions?
