   On my previous contact page, http://www.maryelise.com/contact.htm I used a flash based/php email form setup. I wanted to bring that into my wordpress contact page here, http://maryelise.com/blog/?page_id=141 but not sure how. I tried bringing the php and .swf file into my revolution-mag folder and embedding the flash video source code into my wp html document, but it didn't work.

   I need a form that my readers can use to contact me, and ideally a checkbox for newsletter sign-up. What is the best way to do this?

   Any help is very much appreciated :).

   I use Contact Form 7, it's pretty easy and, so far, it hasn't given me any headaches.

   Contact Form 7 is great! Do you know how I can add a checkbox for newsletter sign-up?
