   In Arras Theme Options / Home / Featured Slideshow / Show Category

   It has settings choice for Stickied post. What is it and How do I use?.

   it is a post that will remain at the top of your front/blog page.

   If you have a post made sticky, it sticks at the top, all your other blog posts will be underneath it
