    I have been searching online for the definition of spam.

    I get this is my blog. Is this spam? Will this make my Google rank worse?

    My blog is not called the Financial Bee, it's the Urban Speaker. I'm wondering is this is bad to have on my site, I just figured it was a link to me.

    Also, what does "nofollow" do?

    Google generally doesn't like duplicate content, but it's not likely that one post being copied by another site will affect your rank. Generally it's good to have people mentioning your posts on their legitimate blogs and linking to you, and not so good if they're just "copy" sites.

    "Nofollow" tells Google not to follow that link, so Google doesn't count it as an incoming link of the site being linked to when it figures out the rank of that site.
