I have installed Whos online plugin on my blog and i can see my quests/visitors. The plugin show me the page my quests are in that moment. At some quests it shows something la ..../wp-content/themes/...../images/flavicon.ico. When i am entering that page, my blog tells me that the page doesnt exist. But people keep staying there for 10-20 minutes. It means that they see something, no? What does it mean flavicon.ico?
In my folder images that flavicon doesn`t even exists.

Its a small picture (16x16) shown in front of the website url.
example
Edit: You can make one by saving a 16x16 image as .png and then change .png to .ico :)

Yes, but why are they staying on that page? That thing doesn`t exist and the Whos online plugin tells me on some guests that they are on that link. Look:
Guest 89.121.233.138 00:29 3 /wp-content/themes/videoflick/images/flavicon.ico. When i click on this link it tells me NOTHING FOUND. What does this means? Where are the quests in that momment?
Most web browsers automatically request a favicon.ico file, if you don't have one, it's nothing to worry about. You'll just see a bunch of 404's in your server log.
If you do create one yourself, people will just see a nice little custom image identifying your site next to their address bar and by their bookmarks.

@alism ... I understand, but does this means that my visitors are on that moment on a non-existing page (a 404 page) or they are on an existing page with content but my plugin shows that they are on /wp-content/themes/videoflick/images/flavicon.ico.?
For example: a guest can be on homepage, or on an article to read quietly and happy, and my plugin to show me that the visitor is on /wp-content/themes/videoflick/images/flavicon.ico.?
No, they're on a real page with real content, browsing your site happily without a care in the world - everything is good in their lives.
Their browser has just requested a file that doesn't exist in an effort to make their lives even more colourful and that's what you're seeing in your log.
The person looking at your site won't know any different, other than seeing a generic icon instead of a customised one.
