   * MY budget is $4-$9 per month.
   * Fast download for HTML CSS JS Flash. WordPress page must appear very fast. I do not consider much about Image, because I have Flickr account.
   * As fast as Kodingen
   * Unlimited bandwidth

   What do you think about these following choice? Please recommend me a good one.
   - Godaddy
   - BlueHost
   - HostGator

   In fact, Yahoo web host is very fast, but I heard it does not have updated language software. I have try DreamHost, but it is very slow in my country, Thailand (and also Australia).

   Currently, some of us talk about BlueHost is faster than Godaddy, but I am curious why Goddady web ranking is much better than almost all web host???

   Problem of Goddady and Bluehost that I have seen in my friends' blog, is sometimes it bring me to SYNCBAY automatically, why?

   All three of those that you listed are very popular. You'll hear good and not so good experiences from all of them though. As a current GoDaddy customer, I've been very pleased overall with the uptime, speed, and customer service aspects.

   I can also tell you that this topic will likely be closed since hosting questions always brings up a bunch of spam, crazy banter, and long-winded no-win discussions.

   You're welcome!

   All of my sites are optimized for speed. It's good that you're thinking ahead but keep in mind that many sites that have speed issues, the culprit is usually too many heavy imagery or too many scripts.
