What happens if plugin support ends?

    Hi @theatereleven,

    Well I currently use this plugin on about 10 different live wordpress sites. So I need to keep it up to date for my own sanity. The only thing is if something similar becomes available in the core of ACF, then there will be no need for the plugin.

    Not to worry though, if you convert a limiter field to a textarea, or text field the content remains the same. So in the case of future proofing you would only need to switch to the new type of field and re-add the character limit. The user generated content will stay in tact.
