what happened to my wp blog?

I was trying to change the address of my wordpress so that it open up in http://www.shoganart.com instead of http://www.shoganart.com/blogger. So i changed it in the options menu and right after i clicked save, it took me to a “cant find page” Now everything in my wp dashboard is plain: the background is pure white and all the information is displayed in simple form. Even my art blog is lacking the design i had on it. what happened? Please help…I’m worried that i messed it up.
