I am using the Evolve Theme and have no idea what happened, but my footer is all screwed up. Can someone please help?

    Take a look here:

    You've got some errors

Like line 126 the link is not in quotes

line 746 has a link opened <a rel and never closed

And a closing div may be missing. But its hard to tell with the unclosed link (one error makes others hard to read, they cascade)

Any of those errors can throw off display

It seems to be an issue with the Ad Space function on the EvolVe theme. I had originally put in code and then deleted it. I'm really not sure how to fix that. Is there a way of retrieving the original code for the theme? Sorry, I'm new.

    switch to twentyten theme

    delete the evolve theme

    reinstall the theme fresh

    Thank you!

The issue seemed to be Safari. As soon as I switched to Firefox, it worked. Otherwise it kept coming up with the same issue.

Yeah, little issues like that cause different display problems in different browsers. Some are more sensitive than others. Especially IE

Thought it was fixed. In Safari browser I still have the same issue with formatting, but no issue in Firefox, even if I'm not logged into WordPress.

    any ideas?
