I had no problem logging on this morning (I'm on the affiliated edublogs site) but now everything is gone. NO SITE, NO LOGIN, NOTHING.

    What happened?

contact them, this site, wordpress.org has absolutely nothing to do with their hosting service.

Then why do they tell me to go here for support when I try to log on?

That might be a mistake! Let them know about it.

That site where your blog is hosted is using a "cousin" of WordPress - called Wp MU =(multi user) > http://mu.wordpress.org.

Not even MU is supported here, since they have their own forum.
And we definitely don't have anything to do with the people runnig the edublogs website.

We haven't any idea. They aren't as far as I'm aware affiliated with WordPress in any way. They may be one of the hosts who regularly disclaim any responsibility for support for wordpress by referring support questions here.

Problem isn't a support issue, it's that whoever "edublogs" is has some sort of server problem, host issue, whatever. Since they are NOT affiliated with WP, we simply can't help you.

Try http://whois.domaintools.com/ to see if you can find some further info about "edublogs" and contact info. Really, they are NOT part of or affiliated with wordpress.org, sorry.

    [Here's one listing:

    http://whois.domaintools.com/edublogs.org

    and another one:

    http://whois.domaintools.com/edublogs.com

I don't know which if either might be the one you need to contact.]

Sorry. Until today, I'd not heard of "edublogs". Hope you get hold of them eventually.
