What does this error mean and why does it display on my blog?

    If I add a new entry to my blog, this error now appears at the top of the site.

    [Table ‘aintnodi_wrdp1.wp_urers’ doesn’t exist]
    SELECT * FROM wp_urers WHERE ID = ‘1’ LIMIT 1′

    I have no idea what it means or what I need to do to fix it.

    Can anyone please help?
