   I've read the documentation and am still unclear. When would I use Export?

   If you needed to export your posts to another blogging tool such as wordpress.com, this function is very handy.

   Shadow,

   So can I also then use it to back up my WordPress posts and then, later, if I need to, restore them to my WordPress blog (which is not on WordPress.com)?
