   I tried adding the Simple Flikr plugin and when I went to options, I got this: You are not logged in as a LEVEL 8 or above USER so you cannot configure simpleFlickr.

   Help?

   Then you probably are not logged in as the admin for your site. Admin should be level 8-10, in new installs 10.

   Can someone tell me how to change my user level to 10?

   I have a new install yet I can't update some tables without getting the error:

   "Sorry, you must be at least a level 8 user."

   Did you install it, or did somebody else?

   If you did, and can't remember the login, you can try a reset password.
