What does is_feed() exactly do? (2 posts)

    There isn't a complete documentation about this function.

    Any ideas?

    Good question!

    Here are some possible uses for this tag, to exclude specific posts or categories from being displayed in the feed, and to delay the output of the feed.

    I'm sure you can do more with it, just like the is_home, is_page, etc. tags, in queries.
